Donoho Decides on NWACC
Lincoln High School graduate Elijah Donoho will compete in mid distance events in track and field and also suit up for cross country at NWACC
BENTONVILLE - Lincoln High School graduate Elijah Donoho is the newest member of NWACC Track and Field and Cross Country's 2026 recruiting class, as announced Tuesday by coaches Josphat Boit and Chris Weller.
Donoho brings experience ranging from the 200-meter dash to cross country 5k events for the Wolves. He will primarily run mid-distance events in track and field as well as the cross country slate for NWACC as a freshman in the fall.
With a sub-two minute time in the 800-meter run, Donoho ranks in the top 50 statewide for 800-meter times this season, sitting 43rd. His PR of 1:59.93 was set April 9 in Pea Ridge, Ark. In 2025, Donoho came second in the 800 at the state meet and earned a silver medal for Lincoln.
Other best times for Donoho include an 18:19.43 in cross country (5k), 51.47 in the 400-meter dash, and 24.61 in the 200-meter dash.
Off the track, Donoho enjoys technology and was in the IT course at Stilwell High School's Indian Capital Technology Center in Stilwell, Okla. He was named the Vype Oklahoma Three Rivers Student Athlete of the Month in May 2025.
Donoho was also a member of the National Honor Society at Lincoln.
