Esports Review - Feb. 21
The Tier 2 competitive titles kicked off their regular season this week after passing their qualifiers.
The NWACC Esports program completed its first full week of the Spring 2026 regular season, with all eight titles participating.
WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS
After leading the country in Week 1 with a 4-0 (12-1) record in Tier 3 Street Fighter 6, Sharklord877 continued to dominate in his next four matches Thursday.
Mac Soedjede and Allen Clark combined for NWACC's first competitive win of 2026 with their season-opening win Monday in Tier 2 Fortnite No-Build Duos. The 2-0 blanking came against Carl Albert State College.
Mauricio Pernudi Jr. had the standout Smash Bros. performance of the week, blanking Missouri State University-West Plains and Dawson Community College for a 6-0 game advantage and a 2-0 record to start the year. Bryce Sparrow also won both games this week to get out to a perfect 2-0 start.
