Bio
Ben Frederick is a freshman distance runner from Rogers, Ark. who enjoyed a successful career in cross country and track and field at Ozark Catholic Academy. The AAA 2A individual state champion boasts three top-five state finishes and a fourth top-ten finish.
A tri-sport athlete, Frederick competed for the Griffins in track, cross country and basketball. He won three region championships individually and was part of an OCA cross country program which won their region title all four years of Frederick's career there.

Frederick begins his collegiate career in 2026 with NWACC.
